Yes. Our Strata-Safe™ method produces zero water runoff and no drips to units below, making it fully compliant with strata bylaws across Vancouver. We built Strata-Safe™ specifically around strata requirements. No violations, no complaints, no neighbour issues.
2. Are you insured for strata work?
Yes. We carry $5 million in commercial liability insurance, and all workers are WCB covered. Certificates of insurance are available on request. You are fully protected.
3. What surfaces can you clean in a strata building?
Resident patios and balconies, common area surfaces, entrances, lobbies, gym flooring, gym equipment, gym windows, pool decks, outdoor cooking areas, and interior windows and sills throughout the building. Each surface gets the right method. Strata-Safe™ scrub and extract for coated and sensitive surfaces, appropriate pressure washing for concrete and aggregate, and professional sanitization for gym and high-touch areas.
4. How disruptive is the process for residents?
Minimal. Our equipment is low-noise and we work without flooding spaces or creating overspray. Residents can stay in their units. We coordinate access however works best for your building, through management, onsite staff, or directly with residents.
5. Do you offer contracts, or is it job by job?
Both. We work job by job for one-off cleans and offer scheduled service agreements for buildings that want regular maintenance. Whatever works best for your property.
6. How do you handle scheduling and follow-up?
We show up when we say we will, do the work right, and flag anything unusual before we leave. No constant follow-up, no chasing us down. If something is not up to standard, we fix it. That is our commitment.
7. Can you clean and sanitize the gym?
Yes. We do the full gym. Floors scrubbed and extracted, equipment cleaned and sanitized with professional-grade foam equipment, and windows including those large floor-to-ceiling panels that most cleaners cannot reach or ignore entirely. If your gym has not had a proper deep clean in a while, residents will notice the difference immediately.
