Happened to find these guys through one of our neighbours. The Works team did an amazing job on our balcony and made it look brand new. Highly recommend!

My balcony needed some TLC after layers of dust and grime built up over the winter. Now it looks new again. Hard-working, detail-oriented, friendly service that did an amazing job in a strata-compliant manner. Well worth it and will be a repeat customer.

My patio was absolutely filthy. The surface was caked with dirt and grime, there was moss growing in the railings, and the window sills were covered in dust. Honestly, I didn't even realize how bad it was until The Works cleaned it. The next morning I was standing out there in disbelief. I just couldn't believe how good it looks. So happy I called them.

I had my patio professionally cleaned by The Works and couldn’t be happier with the result, just in time for summer! What stood out just as much as the quality of the clean was the service including before and after the visit. Brant is friendly, professional and well-equipped which immediately gave me confidence that the job would be done properly (he was also great with my dog). I was able to continue working from home while the clean was happening which made it easy for me to book during work hours.I’ve attached some before/after photos, you can tell which are which without me saying. The Works certainly did the WORKS for us. All glass, including windows and sliding doors, became invisible. Glass framing and railing metalwork was polished to perfection. We had a number of trees and planter boxes, as well as some furniture to move around to accommodate the amazing mopping machine, which cleaned the floor of the patio to its original shiny finish. Brant was only too happy to move things around. There’s no fear of complaints of water spilling over the edge of the patio because the mopping machine collects the water (which is very dirty) and stores it for disposal. Our experience with The Works was thoroughly satisfying and went beyond our expectations.

After 7 years of normal upkeep, my patio was nonetheless beginning to look grimy. It needed a total reset, and boy did it get one. There was not a surface that failed to receive a totally detailed, deep cleaning. It is now pristine, better than when I took ownership of the newly completed condo. That takes enormous effort, time and a perfectionist’s detail. To find a company with standards above my own was beyond my lucky day. Brilliant outcome. No disturbance to the building, no water spillage. My neighbours are joining in, and I hear the same praises. 11 out of 10.
